I will never recommend any anybody to go to this place in my life they NEVER like to call ppl back at all to tell them what is goin on n they dont like selling there vehicles since it takes them four days to tell u what is goin on but that is after u left message that were not nice at all then have to keep calling back ever half hour n still nothing worse place ever

Worst car purchase ever! One week it was unable to drive. Two months later it's been there six times and sat on their lot to get fixed longer than I've driven it. It's cost me thousands of extra money to even get it running again, but unless it's warmed up for twenty minutes I can't get it out of park. With no solution. If I could return the piece of shit car they sold me, I would've. Never buying a car there again.

My daughter has been searching for a Jeep Compass for months...went and test drove a couple this week...gave Duluth Chrysler Dodge a call...they had one in...we showed up 20 minutes later to Dan the salesman waiting for us and the vehicle ready to drive...test drove Monday and she owns the car on Tuesday...happiest day of her life. Very professional, great service and was treated wonderful by the staff at Duluth Chrysler Dodge. Thank you for making my daughter one happy young lady. :)

After having a horrible experience at another dealership. Duluth Dodge was so very kind and generous to my husband and I. Julie, our sales person is AMAZING! She worked so hard for us! And because of her and the wonderful Duluth Dodge team we drove away with a NEW 2014 Dodge Avenger! Everyone there was genuinely happy for us! Dealership is BS!! I bought a 2003 ram from them and the vent system didn't work. I had it for a day and all they did is pay for the parts. They quoted me to fix it was $1500 to fix it. Also the oil wasn't changed and the window switch they supposedly fixed wasn't. They did the oil change and fixed the switch for no cost but they wouldn't budge on fixing the vents. Fighting it now.

NEVER AGAIN! Started having issues 2 weeks after my purchase here. I've put an additional $4k in to my pickup since I bought it last June, and have only driven it maybe a total of 2 months if that. Dealership pretty much told me "that''s the risk you take when buying as-is" Ya there's always a risk.. but there's also something called customer service which this place doesn't' know about.
