I got my equinox just a little over a year ago. recently found out they over charged me for my car, which is a 2011. I called about 3 weeks ago about maybe getting an owner's manual, and a possible second key made. still no call back. probably won't go here again.

great service and selection
I don’t normally leave reviews like this but I purchased a newer vehicle there and the sales experience was unbelievable Paul carpenter did a great job helping me out! But now that I need service the ball was dropped I had an issues with my vehicle and I called in to get service scheduled I got bounced around and it took 6 calls just to get ahold of him and I finally decided to go in and when I did Scott in service was just sitting there reading Facebook.
