I am so frustrated and disappointed. My story starts from July of 2019 when we initially brought our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an emissions recall. First I was told it would only be at the most a couple of hours. I was there for 6. Purchased a used 2011 Honda Pilot and drove it less than 500 miles and the transmission failed. Called them and they said service records were clean and there was nothing they could do. Pretty disappointed. Needless to say I will never be back and will warn anyone I talk to who is looking for a vehicle to stay clear of this establishment.

Rude and egotistical dealership! Went in looking for a new vehicle, sales manager was beyond rude and his ego was over the top. I could not get out of there fast enough. Saved myself over $4,000 on the same vehicle by looking on the internet and then making the short drive to Forest Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from them. Take the drive south, work with friendly people and save money! A total win! Don't waste your time at Duluth Dodge.

I can't recommend them enough for the service they provided while we were purchasing a vehicle. Logan, Bobby, and Craig made the process easy and painless. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they made us feel like we've known each other for years.
terrible service anywhere from not doing what the appointment was for to doing recalls wrong and messing up the performance of my truck also the last time they broke something tried to hide it and now won't step up to fix it
