When a salesman collects all of your information and you give them the truth about your trade (it had accidents) and having a loan approval from Chrysler already set and then they tell you that they can sell you a truck that meets the parameters discussed. Sounds like a recipe for a great sales experience. Fast forward to driving an hour to the dealership, and sitting for 2 hours with a 2 year old to have the sales manager come back with payments way higher than we said we could do and a trade in 2k less than what they said ... read more

Georgi Vukov was very friendly and easy to work with! He made it very easy to buy a new car. We got to test drive many cars before we made our final decision. It was a great experience! Georgie was fine but Fleta Potts has done nothing but lie to me. Customer service with my tags has been deplorable. I am not happy at all. I suggest somebody from customer service get a hold of me real fast.
