We bought a 2017 Ford Escape last month. Salesperson (Javon) was great. It's a used car, and we bought it as is, without the warranty. We ended up not purchasing from this dealer. They are crooks! The MSRP has $1695 destination charge included which matches their market value price but then they try to charge an additional $1695 freight charge. This is very misleading and unethical.
$995 processing fee, $595 acquisition fee. crooks.

Dishonest Sales Department! Extremely rude Service Department. Mr. Black will say anything to sped up his sales quota! Beware! I purchased a dual top Jeep in the winter and paid cash. Upon inspection, I noticed boxes of uninstalled parts in the back of my new Jeep. Mike Wright and Dulles Jeep has to be the best car salesman and dealership I have ever worked with. From our initial meeting until I drove off the lot in my new Jeep, he took extra good care of me, ensuring I was completely in the loop. Easiest car purchase I have ever made in the 25 years I have been purchasing cars.
I bought a Jeep from them in November! Well, the price listed on the website comes with increased interest rates. You end up paying more than the price listed, and that doesn’t include the extras they add on later! They deal with getting the tags & title for you... MISTAKE! 3 months of temp tags & they still haven’t even started the application for it! I get the run around when I call & now.. I was told to call back Monday afternoon & nobody answers my call. Not worth the headache! I won’t buy from them again!

They have false advertising. They say on their website that a car is a price with incentives that EVERYONE gets but then they say that’s a mistake. I’ve screenshot their website price that they say is incorrect but won’t honor that price and chose to leave it on there.
