I'm sure 1 out of every 10 buyers at this dealership might be satisfied, but I know we weren't. It's not because of the price of the car or the salesman or us (we have superb credit). I wish I could give no stars! We have had the WORST experience EVER with this dealership, specifically with the Service Department (Diane and Mandy). After taking in our 2018 Jeep TrackHawk twice for the same issue, they refused to see us again. At this point I would NEVER buy another Jeep product again. i drove just shy of 5 hours and bought a new 2018 Ram 2500 on 1/2/18 from Dulles. It was the most unprofessional i have ever been treated as a customer to say the least. Tommy Omar reached out saying he wanted to make it right but has yet to return my calls. I purchased a Renegade this year. I was told at the time you only need an oil change every 10000 miles so I purchased a plan for 5 years. I’m here now waiting on my 2nd oil change at 14000 miles. The first was at 5,000. I get here after scheduling an appointment to hear I don’t have an appointment. Well, I just drove over an hour so I’m not leaving. Next I hear I’m way over on my oil change. Scheduled appointment. Arrived a few minutes early and was taken right in. Service included the installation of a part previously purchased from the parts department. Everything from the purchase to the service was quick, efficient and handled in a professional and courteous manner

As usual I call last minute for an appointment to get my oil changed! Mandy never fails to provide THE BEST customer service! So consistent 100% every time I call.
