Went in for some regular and recall work on my SUV. It was my first time bringing my car there and I was totally impressed! Tommy in the Service Department was very friendly, helpful and patient and the mechanic Brandon Smith (per my receipt as I didn't actually meet him) was very quick. Plus they have a great waiting area for kids. Will definitely be back for service!

I was a first time buyer in July 2015 when I purchased my 2015 Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel new. I am closing in on 80,000 miles. So far my experience with Sales and Service has been excellent. I have only had one service item other than scheduled maintenance which was diagnosed/corrected quickly and permanently. The car is always ready when promised and often cleaned (even if I don't ask), always if I do. I have recommended them to friends and will buy there again.

He was professional and very knowledgeable of the product. That is where the good part of my experience ended.
