I received a post card saying they were in need of my 2014 Patriot for their inventory and they would pay top dollar for my trade in. I called an automated phone number to receive a value for my car and as prompted, wrote it on the post card. They also promoted that I could trade it in for a new vehicle. When we arrived, they gathered the information about my current vehicle, entered it into Kelley Blue book, hit enter and quickly changed the webpage. He never went back to look at the value. Buying my car was great, it was fast, the people were nice, and the experience was overall great. The first service I had done was also great. 2 days, loner car and it was handed properly. However today, when I had scheduled a new service to correct some recalls they refused me a loner and had not ordered the parts necessary to even do the service. I will not return for any service unless required to under warranty.
Buy your car/truck elsewhere. Dishonest sales manager and it flows down from there.
Do not risk taking your car here for service. The quality of service and customer service was horrible. I brought my car in to have the heater core replaced and when I picked my car up the dash was covered with deep scratches, the radio was not reinstalled properly, I found loose nuts under the hood which were never replaced and the car had dirty hand prints all over. Recently bought a 15 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited in July. Purchase was smooth. They even gave me a $50 gift card to use for my first oil change! Will test out the service here, if it's not up to my standards will continue going to Tyson's (closer to my home)
So I just bought a 2015 jeep, that does not have power window, the dealer offer me a power window Package which it kool, after I got my jeep back , I do not have the power window button inside, I can't take the doors off my jeep because they hard wired the wires to the door, they said they can't help me , are you fucking kidding me Dulles Chrysler jeep, and the jeep leak from the freedom top
Most deceitful dealership around - tried to charge me over $5300 for a part for my car when nothing was wrong - been trying to reach general manager and service manager and they won't return calls. did a price comparison on the car part needed if something was actually wrong and all other jeep dealers would have charged $2000. Had the car looked at by another and said absolutely nothing wrong - unbelievable
