You know I was always warned about taking your car to dealerships for service and now I know why. Dulles Jeep Service Department in Leesburg has been by far the worst car service experience of my life. I dont understand why these places are always trying to take advantage of single females. I literally got man-splained that mechanics were like doctors for cars.... really though??? RecommendedI did not buy my car here, so cannot recommend the buying side. But, I had a great experience with service here today. I was stranded with 2 toddlers and 9 months pregnant myself...and even though they were booked solid today, the service team found a way to save the day. They got me in and out quick, after what started as a terrible day. I will definitely be taking my car here again. Leo, in the service department was kind and understanding, I will be forever grateful.

Very poor unprofessional liars!! These screenshots are after we just left to buy a new car that you all said that you had and would hold! What a waste of time!!
Service department does not do quality work. I brought my new truck in to have them check the tire pressure. They told me it was good. I get in the truck and the gauges say they are off. I go in and they say you need to drive it. I drove it and magically they still are not correct. Why do I need to do so much work to get tire pressure correct after i told them it was wrong.

I wouldn’t give them 7/8th of a star!!! I was offered to use my “free loaner” instead of taking the shuttle home, while my 2019 Jeep Rubicon got serviced. I drove it home and then back, never used it once I got home. I was charged 14.26$ bc the gas went down 7/8 of a gallon. I kid you not!!! I’ve been on phone with them all day and now filed a complaint with head quarters. I brought it back and the gas gage never moved from “F”. It’s not the $ but the principle. They are crooks!!
Customer service is beyond this facilities capabilities. Almost three months after my vehicle purchase and I am still waiting for tag stickers. Nothing but the run around. It took over a week to get finance paperwork and the person who was the finance manager made a comment that he didn’t think a woman could finance a vehicle alone. The jeep has a squeak and It will take weeks before I can get into service. There are many other dealerships in the area. Choose wisely and avoid this one!

I could not have had a worse experience with my purchase. I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 with a lift. During the buying process the salesman told me that there was a $7,000 Mopar lift kit installed. He then turned to the sales manager who reconfirmed that statement. It turns out that when I went back for repairs after issues occurred that I had been lied to.
