RecommendedThose who place bad ratings from this place are usually the issue. I love this service and sales team at Dulles. I was at service one day and because a person could not get their car done in time they prescibed they sat next to me and wrote a bad review ? They were there 20 minutes ? These folks always treat me and my family like family. If you want it done right go here if you want a 20 minute brake job ? I would not advise driving that car if it was done at Dulles. This place was amazing! They have a great team and treated us great! If you need a new car this is the place .
I would rate this dealership at a 1 star. They do nothing but scam you out of money. 1st off I was sold the wrong car I was told it was 4 wheel drive when it was only 2 wheel drive I then had to come back and trade it in for the correct car. 2nd the sunroof on my car was broken and when I call the dealership about it they told me I had to call back and make an appointment on a later date, so my sunroof was stuck half open. Although it was an ordeal, the entire staff at Dulles Motorcars might have turned this first time Jeep buyer into a Jeeper for life. I purchased a new Cherokee for my birthday, which turned out to have some difficult-to-diagnose issues that showed up within minutes of leaving the lot. After three days of troubleshooting by service, I was offered the chance to purchase a different Cherokee instead. Worst customer service I have ever encountered with a dealership. I would give less than one star if possible. Not even sure where to start with this... During our purchase of our CPO Jeep, a “manager” pulled employees aside in ear shot of the customers and proceeded to cuss them out on how terrible there CSI ratings were. (Should have been my sign to get out of there but we loved the exact Jeep we were getting and stayed).
