Once again, Dr. Gentry Byrd, was amazing with my son with special needs. We needed an emergency visit between his regular cleanings and she went above and beyond to make sure that my son comfortable during his procedure. Along with thoroughly explaining the process to us prior and during the appointment.
From check in to check out, my son’s first dental visit was nothing short of a dream! Walked in to immediate smiling faces, hardly had any wait and Dawn, my son’s hygienist, explained everything in a way he’d understand and made him feel much more at ease about his visit. Dr. Brecher was also just so wonderful explaining things to us while effortlessly doing my son’s exam and keeping him at ease. Overall, I cannot say enough how thankful I am for the wonderful staff here and how genuinely impressed I was.
Professional, friendly, caring and oh so capable. Dr Keels is the best - and her amazing team does a wonderful job making a ‘scary’ place feel welcoming. And being able to work fast when needed is a huge bonus!!
