Really need to evaluate your staff....came in the ER Tonight whith chest pains and a sore throat and dizziness only to sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half while other people were coming in with the same syptoms and going straight back after getting tired of seeing this i ask why im nog bein seen and they tell me they only put me in for a sore throat Talk about careless and irresponsible
Had same day hernia procedure a couple of weeks ago. My surgeon was very good. The nurses in the same day center are just wonderful. Nurses are just a gift from God.

Duke Raleigh Hospital is good at what they do but like any other business slackers exist.
I love Duke hospital, I have had a great experience at this hospital before. But at this moment, I went to the ED for a serious concern when my Dr was uh unavailable, the ED literally laughed at me, tested me for drugs as if I look or act like a drug addict. Since then trying to get in touch with patient services for 2 days now has been impossible, I have left voicemails and everything. I am extremely upset and I want an explanation. Btw I've never been on drugs, never will be.
