Couldn't ask for better care! Love my doctor, but valet parking is a mess. 30 min to valet at 8:30 am is unacceptable.
They don't even deserve one star. Went to the ED for a cut from a shop tool that needed a 3-4 stitches. Waited over 4 hours to receive service. Saw a doctor for less than 20 minutes. Received a 4 stitches and a tetanus vaccine (Adacel). The bill was $2,457. We requested a line-item bill. They charged us $493 for a tetanus vaccine that the CDC lists, as of May 1, 2018, as a $44 cost to private providers, not to mention they charged an additional $225 to administer it. They do a great job can his pain under control with COPD
The Knightdale office is ok and so is the Clayton one, but the Zebulon one is horrible. The front desk secretary was rude. They often lose paper work. The Manager for all of the offices of Growing Child Pediatrics is disrespectful, the worst attitude ever. The pediatrics office I switched my son to says they are getting a lot of their patients, because everyone has the same story! Wooo, that secretary and manager, just awful!
