Their accounting department is a mess. I have tried for 9 months to get them to quit sending me a bill, even though when I call them they agree that I'm paid up. Now they turned it over to a collection agency, which is a waste of their money. I've paid the agreed amount but they just can't seem to figure that part out. It may be a good facility but they have one department that is seriously lacking.
Please avoid the ER at this hospital. Terrible third shift and first shift staff. I visited this ER about a month ago and unfortunately I arrived right before shift change. Going to this hospital almost cost me my life.

My regular doctor told me that I would have to be on Diabetes medicine and eventually Insulin. I was not about to go out of this world like my Dad did. I research and found Diabetes education being held at the Center for Surgical Weight Loss Lake Norman. At the end of weekly classes the month of May 2017 I found out I qualified for the surgery.
