Had a C5-C7 Fusion surgery. More evasive that I knew it to be, but staff was very helpful and informative. They were over booked due to Flu season, so I never got a room like I was suppose to, unfortunately stuck down in recovery all night, but they made it as comfortable as possible in my situation. Found nurses and nurse assistants to be the best they can be! Truly caring and efficient. Appointment with Dr. Billy Garrett for my husband. Everyone was so gracious, professional, and helpful. Dr. Garrett's advice was basically what we expected, but trust him completely.
RecommendedI had one of the finest experiences today at LN Pavilion pre opt in take. The nurse who cared for me was by far one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. Her kindly way put me at ease, she was professional yet friendly. We chatted about quilting, farm life, our children.. I truly felt like I'd known her all my life.. Thank you Lake Norman for your caring staff.. This nurse is truly a credit to your hospital.

This hospital is a waste of time. I don’t know If they are overworked and underpaid but they need to tighten up or just leave it alone. Naomi was the only breath of fresh air there. People talk in circles or just don’t talk at all. They will literally leave you bleeding on a gurney, ignore calls for your nurse, and pretend that the doctors are in route. Worst worst worst hospital I’ve been to for service for myself. I don’t even like to write reviews but couldn’t NOT write this.
