Was a little disappointed on the time of my husband getting a room yesterday's surgery it was until 4 pm he got moved to his room 4 hrs total at recovery instead of just 1 hr..nothing to complain cuz surgery went well!
I feel better but still healing .. I choose this hospital any day
Lack of care and caring. Took a man in who simply could not walk out. Was told to go buy a wheelchair at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Impossible. We do have insurance but what was made clear was that they were sending home an incontinent man unable to walk, with searing spinal pain and with the advice to " let him sit in the bathroom."
I had a hip replacement 2/1/16... And I must say the nursing surgical staff were very professional, compassionate, and family oriented..they made sure my needs were met..I didnt care for the recovery nurse in phase 3 with her rude self..but the nurses at the final phase ended up being my superwomen...My family and I thank you from the bottom of our heart!!! For what you do everyday without thinking twice about It💖💓

From the moment we got there for sisters hip replacement everything went very smoothly. Given a beeper that kept us informed on progress to her room number at the end. They are top notch �
This is the Best place for hurting families and their sick loved one. The caregivers here are awesome!!!
