Very professional company from first phone call to follow up after completion. Communication through out was excellent, no surprises, and on schedule. They replaced the entire supply and return duct system. The sales tech Junior explained the entire job and schedule in detail and the work was carried out exactly as he described. The job ********************* is was on top of the job from start to finish, easy to work with and a problem solver. All employees were courteous and respectful. Would recommend highly and use again.

I was very pleased with the service that they provided in fixing my A/C. They were able to locate a part that was on back order and not available. The technician Yanser was very professional and explained everything to me in full detail. I could see he was genuinely concerned when he found out the part wasnt available but then he was very happy for me when he got word that a part was located. DuctMasters quickly scheduled Yanser to come back once the part arrived and was able to get my A/C back up and running.

You hire an external company to install insulation, why don't you charge a little more and also hire a company to 'fix the ceiling breaks and install the vents' after your duct work? To me your work looks incomplete. Now I need to schedule additional work and spend additional money to fix it.

Hello, I had a very bad experience with this company and I feel like I was cheated by them by not informing me that my broken a/c part was under a warranty. Everything started when I decided to keep my broken a/c part. The secretary called me first, then the technician and at the end the owner who also introduced himself as a lawyer and requested that my broken a/c part be given to the company because it had to be sent back to the factory, so the company can get the money for it. Hi ***, As we discussed, the price provided to you was a flat rate warranty repair on a system that was installed by another contractor. There was no cost for the part as long as we were able to return the part to the manufacturer. This required more work for us since we had to order the new part, remove your old part, install the new part, and return the old part to the manufacturer. Excellent Teamwork was formed by Cris, David, Terry, and Jorge. They were very professional, punctual, and well organized. They replaced all the ducts in my house, placed them properly, and cleaned the air system. As a result, I got a more efficient air conditioning working perfectly. I highly recommend them.
