I started to get a damp,musty,mold smell coming from my vents and a lot of dust was out as well. I did some research and decided on DuctMasters USA based on their reviews. I called the company and they sent ****** out to do an inspection of my unit. He advised me to have the ducts cleaned, paint the inside of the ducts nearest to the unit because they were black, clean the ac unit inside, and install ultraviolet lighting to prevent mold from forming again.
