Amazing! Professionals all the way. I am so happy with the results. One needs true technicians, who know how to set up the right design for your ducts. Duct Masters did an excellent job. The technician John was absolutely wonderful. Fixed my wall unit's problem immediately and even took the time to remove and clean the filter for me. I will strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have their air conditioners repaired. They are friendly and professional - from the office staff to the technicians. Definitely keeping this company on hand for any of my future A/C needs.

Technicians - ****** and **** - were thorough and answered all my questions. They moved quickly and efficiently and cleaned up! A little pricey, but their techs are employees, not contractors, and they are well trained and have great customer service. Special shout-out to Britnee too - she was very helpful and great follow up.
