The technician John was absolutely wonderful. Fixed my wall unit's problem immediately and even took the time to remove and clean the filter for me. I will strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have their air conditioners repaired. They are friendly and professional - from the office staff to the technicians. Definitely keeping this company on hand for any of my future A/C needs.

Technicians - ****** and **** - were thorough and answered all my questions. They moved quickly and efficiently and cleaned up! A little pricey, but their techs are employees, not contractors, and they are well trained and have great customer service. Special shout-out to Britnee too - she was very helpful and great follow up.
