We had a great experience with DuctMasters - from the initial call (quick to schedule a walk-thru, excellent communication) and onsite discussion / proposal with Austin, everything was handled very professionally and timely. Our job took 2 full days, and overall we were very pleased with the outcome. I'd be lying if I said there wasn't some mess to clean, but that was expected given all the duct cleaning / in and out of attic w/ blown-in insulation. Not a big deal. Excellent professional service. Outstanding technicians with the onsite lead Adrian going beyond what was expected. Courteous, super clean(inside and outside clean up and during) and very knowledgeable about AC systems and what would be best for us. Henry, Roberto and Mozart were wonderful! They arrived on time, and answered all my questions. I had several ducts which needed to be repaired, and one which needed replacement. The coils and blower in the A/C were also cleaned, as well as all the ducts and the grills. Before they began, everything was covered and they cleaned up before they left.
