Brian arrived on time, very professional, during Covid observed CDC and White House protective measures. He provided great explanations to us to best care for our HVAC between visits. A true pro! My entire experience with DuctMasters was very pleasant. When they picked up the phone, they were friendly and explained their provided services. Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to obtain a quote. Ruben was sent out to check out the home and was very professional and friendly. I used DuctMasters to decontaminate my AC and ductwork after a mold remediation company poisoned my home. Highly recommended. I also used them for a Hygiene Inspection after I spent thousands of dollars replacing my ductwork. Worth every penny! If you have a mold issue, DuctMasters should be your first call!!
