I started to get a damp,musty,mold smell coming from my vents and a lot of dust was out as well. I did some research and decided on DuctMasters USA based on their reviews. I called the company and they sent ****** out to do an inspection of my unit. He advised me to have the ducts cleaned, paint the inside of the ducts nearest to the unit because they were black, clean the ac unit inside, and install ultraviolet lighting to prevent mold from forming again. Had Duct Masters with Chris and Willie come this week to clean my AC and AC ducts this week. It was pricey but worth the investment. I was really suffering from allergies and a mold smell I could not get rid of or cover up. After cleaning the air smells fresh and clean. Unlike other companies they cleaned the machine and used disinfectant in the ducts. The ducts were disgusting. There was no mess or dust in my house when they finished or very minimal. I was very impressed by the knowledge and expertise of Austin when he visited my home to provide a consultation on the work required. After accepting the proposal, the job was started and completed quickly. The technicians doing the work were very efficient and knowledgeable. They also did an excellent job of cleaning the work area when completed. I would definitely recommend Duct Masters.
