DuctMasters staff were punctual and professional. The initial evaluation of my duct work was very informative and thorough. My issues were fixed and now my house is much more efficient and feels cooler. The crew that worked on my house kept me informed throughout the entire project. Great Service! Professional and courteous staff. Every step of the way was easy: ***** was easy to communicate with when needed. I didn't bother with getting quotes and the price I paid is what I actually felt the job entailed. There were there young guys that showed up on the first days work this past Tuesday. I have to admit I was very anxious about having all my ducts replaced at once but the deterioration of the existing ducts was the deciding factor in conveniencing me that it would be more practicable to do it all at once. Ductmasters was fantastic! I got multiple quotes and Ductmasters was the middle quote in terms of pricing. They were the most professional company I spoke with and demonstrated confidence and competence. ****** came for the first visit and sold the project to us. ***** in customer support was also great and so kind and pleasant. ********* and ****** did the work and it looks clean and works great!
