I had dark red boxed dyed hair around 5 months ago… In 3 visits with Rosa, I am now bright, light and clean blonde! My hair is undamaged and such a beautiful colour :) I am so happy. Rosa is a magician with colour. She also treats customers with kindness and warmth. She always recommends what she is right for the customer, not just for the business. I respect that. I am also amazed by the reasonable pricing for the quality of service provided. I will be back to Duchess for sure. Thank you x

I liked to do my hair with Roya and was always satisfied, but I will never return there for I how I was treated by Rosa. I came to do my manicure this Sunday and I left after 1.5h crying and gone to another saloon to take it off immediately. It was tragic! I spent £30 to have my nails done in very very bad way and I spent another £10 in another salon to take it off and left with nothing. It’s been an hour since I came back from the salon and I haven’t been able to take my eyes off me. Not only the colour desired was achieved but I was properly guided for the steps we taking to get there Roza really saw me and heard me and she gave me more than I was expecting We did a colour all over my hair and she nicely finished with a trim a face frame and a blow dry I definitely will be back for the toner and some other beauty treatments and she does the stamp card as well u can get a free service when completed 🤩🤩🤯 ... read more
