Had a 5* facial from Julieann this afternoon. Salon was spotlessly clean, warm and cosy with the perfect music for the occasion Julieann has a wonderful touch and the I felt it was just first class. Am a trained aromatherapist myself so I know when I am getting a quality service at ever level. From Julieann I received service excellence and at the end Julieann had my sweater and coat warmed for me to face the cold afternoon. Fantastic! That was the icing on the cake.
