Very rude customer service by a young man wearing glasses, had forced us to leave by pressing the door exit button multiple times without us asking to exit when we were deciding buy something!! No wonder why no customers or sale in the shop!

It was the holy month of Ramadan when I went to this gold shop and bought a Figaro design bracelet in cash. I remember clearly asking the salesperson if the gold was 22 karat and he insisted yes because I know that this shop doesn't have 18 karat gold at all. After two months, the color of the gold bracelet turned white. I went back to the shop. At first, he said if you bought it from us, it must be 22 karat.
