We engaged Ivan and team at DS5 Construction to replace our bathroom, fit a new boiler and replace the water pipe from the house to the street. We have used DS5 for our own bathroom renovation and as a result of the excellent work employed them to do a let property rebuild of a bathroom which involved reroofing and structural wall replacement. We have been very impressed by the quality of the workmanship, quickness, cleanliness. This is a very professional organisation.

The TEAM here is amazing, gets the work done, communication is on point and don’t stop until they are satisfied with their own work as well as taking peoples points of view into account, what and if they are not satisfied with, the team will sort and fox, BUT the only problem the TEAM (the people who work for IVAN) have, is that they are never paid on time, never paid their full amount, they can be waiting up to at least a month to paid and even then it’s not everything they worked and done, for all the effort they have put ... read more

Ivan and his team were excellent throughout our bathroom renovation project. They were professional and communication was great throughout. Attention to the finishing details was really focussed on. We couldn't believe how little stress we felt throughout the process because Ivan communicated so clearly and kept everything running like clockwork. We would certainly recommend Ivan and his team, and we'll be working with them again on future projects at our home too.
