Placed an order with wowcher for a gel memory foam mattress only to recieve the cheapest of cheap sprung mattress which arrived vacuum packed in a box with no hope of getting it back into the original box (returns to be at my expense the trouble) No help from wowcher whatsoever and dreem beds are no better. Absolute scam artists

Yet again it look like dreem beds have scammed a wowcher customer, we ordered the 13 zone gel memory foam mattress and low and behold we received an active 10 full spring mattress which isn't even worth a gallon of petrol on it to burn. Wowcher are no help at all dreem beds replied to wowcher with a description of what they delivered to us which is completely different to the order yet wowcher are playing games, stay away from wowcher and dreem beds in batley they are both scammers. I purchased an extra thick gel mattress via wowcher before reading reviews!! After reading reviews i decided to cancel order through need help on my wowchers page, i recieved email back saying refund would take 3-5days and true to word it was back in my wowcher on 3rd day. My problem now is getting it back into my payment method from wowcher who have sent me round the block so many times, they dont have live chat or phone number, also have every type of payment method except refund. Thank you Dreembeds for instant refund.

I ordered the gel memory foam mattress I haven't had no tracking number says would be here by 27th January but by the reviews I seen doesn't sound like would be receiving no decent memory foam gel mattress if it comes a cheap nasty thing like the reviews here say I will take it to trading standards and would want a full refund. Ordered kingsize firm Gel, memory foam. Not sure what this trampoline is but can feel springs. I've reported to wowcher, if dont get sorted will be on to to trading standards.
