Brought a bed in 2018 and purchased 10years warranty after care. After care has been shocking I feel the mattress has sagged and sunken. The store finds it acceptable for home-serve to send a text message at 23:00 hours for a time slot the next day. Was phoned by the aftercare team at 08:10hrs on the day they were meant to arrive stating they were unable to attend due to not having equipment as it was left on the other van which is broken down. Pleasant staff and very helpful. I've bought 2 orthopedic mattresses one we've had for 7 years and another for the spare bedroom. Firm yet comfortable 199gbp excellent value for money. Highly recommend Dreams in Exeter Street Plymouth
