Excellent accueil, conseils, service et choix. Mon bébé a 15 mois déjà, et je ressors chaque fois enchantée de mon passage chez Dreambaby Waterloo. Qui plus est les employés ont l’air heureux dans leur travail et bien traités, ce qui se ressent chez le client. Bravo et à bientôt
Le Dreambaby de Waterloo est accueillant et possède un choix large pour nos tout petits. Grand coup de cœur pour Dominique, qui est aux petits soins avec nous depuis plus de deux ans.

Very disorganised, slow and rude personnel. I can’t believe that even with so many similar bad reviews they didn’t solve that issue. Otherwise a good store.
Horrible service, very unfriendly saleswoman at the cash register and the rest of the salespeople didn’t offer any assistance.
