I have been a Meditab client for 20 years and would recommend them highly. Their team is very knowledgeable, patient with newcomers, resolve problems in a timely manner, perform updates without interrupting the flow of the day, provide tutorials if needed, and for me being able to actually speak with someone when I call was very important (rarely having to leave a message). CSR rep "Morris" is the rudest rep I have ever spoke to. He calls for the purpose of obtaining info that is unavailable and does so in a threatening manner. He is hard to understand and when asked to repeat something becomes condescending. I have had to end multiple calls with him due to his horrible disposition.
