DrainRight did a great job
Came early. Got the job done fast and was friendly and we stayed 6 feet away with our mask on
I hired them to take care of a broken pipe coming in my home from the exterior, thus causing water to fill my basement. They were prompt (as a matter of fact, early), friendly, open and honest. I was given a quote on the spot and they stuck with it. He did minimally invasive work. I had an issue today and it was resolved tomorrow. I didn?t have to wait a week to have my issue addresed. I am very pleased.
Friendly, professional prompt and good value.
I would use Drain Right again.
Told me it was $50 to come out, then later charging$100 didn't put right coupling total bill$300.
Business response:
Thanks for the feed back, sorry we were only a 1.5 star for you! If you are upset about the price I do apologize, however you did sign a contract and agreed to the work we did and the price. I?m not exactly sure why you weren?t completely satisfied. Please let us know if we can do anything to make this better.
The plumber came at the appointed time and did a great job removing our old toilet and replacing it with a new one -- all within a few hours. Additionally, Drain Right sent him the previous day when the old toilet had plugged-up, backed-up and overflowed (for about the 12th time since being installed several years ago by another company). They were professional and punctual; and I plan to call them again when I need a plumber.
Business response:
It was a pleasure working for you and thank you for the review.
