The plumber came at the appointed time and did a great job removing our old toilet and replacing it with a new one -- all within a few hours. Additionally, Drain Right sent him the previous day when the old toilet had plugged-up, backed-up and overflowed (for about the 12th time since being installed several years ago by another company). They were professional and punctual; and I plan to call them again when I need a plumber.

Easy plumbing job. Pipe burst on pipe with end cap in basement bathroom behind wall. Could see and diagnose through hole in drywall on first look. All he had to do was cut hole in drywall, cut off piece of pipe above where damaged and recap. Didn't have a cap so left for about an hour to go to Home Depot to get one. Came back made sure water was drained from all pipes, cut the hole cut the pipe, soldered on the cap, had me turn on main water, waited a few to make sure no more leaks, left a mess and then collected payment. Mike called to let me know he was on his way. Arrived at time he stated. Determined what needed to be done and work was done professionally and at a reasonable cost. Only hitch was a cover cap for toilet bolt disappeared but I will gladly by a replacement. Thanks for the great job Mike!!!!
On time, efficient and cost efficient. Had them drop in a new sink and reuse the fixtures. All went well.
