Simple repair for my water heater, but it was quick and painless.
Originally, I had DrainRight come out to replace a leaking lawn irrigation supply valve in the basement. After that repair, I discovered that my back flow preventer was leaking. DrainRight came out soon and replaced that valve. The service was quick and with one small hiccup, they came out and fixed the leaks on time.
A technician came out to the house the same day and replaced my disposal. Happy with the timing and service.
I felt the work that was done was overpriced, and I was not informed of a potential development that did happened after install and was told to me later. As a result, I am not able to use the item installed except sporadically. The installer, Caleb, was fine, polite, and professional. They forgot my appointment but came later.
Drain Right was prompt in delivery of a quote, providing a service person and completing the job. I was very happy with the service and care given to our issue, which was a broken water pipe in our basement.
Caleb worked diligently to complete in one day and answered all questions. Completed to city code requirements.
