I had this company come out and address an issue with a corroded drain pipe. The original estimated cost was 100 - 300. The guy came out and quoted me 375 straight off the bat explaining that there were 2 pipes involved. Upon opening up the wall and discovering that there was only one pipe involved, he knocked $25 off the price. Well, you do the match. In the end the job could have been completed in 30 minutes or less except that he had to go to Home Depot for over an hour to get a simple connector. I'm sorry, I don't think ... read more

We don't charge hourly and our price stays the same regardless of how long it takes to get a part. The original quote that was given was a ball park quote based off information that was given over the phone. I'm sorry you felt the cost was to high but I assure that we are very competitive and never charge you until you agree to the services and the quoted costs.
Great experience. They are on time, professional and did the work quickly. I had my bathroom sick drain repaired. It was no longer attached to the sink.

Had an excellent experience with both techs who came to address my water heater exhaust issues. There was some confusion about getting the actual repairs done—I got a (very reasonable) estimate, agreed to it and scheduled the work to be done the following week. When a different plumber arrived to the do-the-work appointment, he was expecting to do another estimate! Fortunately, he was able to rearrange his schedule to do the actual work instead of making us cycle through yet another round of appointment making.
