He did a good job. Very responsive to calls and emails.
The charge was $420, initially as the plumber quoted upon arrival and turned out to be $600, after the job was done. A bit of a surprise, since I had done some leg work and the plumber also went to home depot to provide himself with supplies which he mentioned I would be paying for his time away from the job. I would imagine any plumbing contractor would carry supplies expected to be needed. The second trip to home depot was by me. Mike cleared his schedule to install the new water heater’and cleaned up a few other plumbing issues. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Mike was available the after my request in Home Advisor which was great. He was timely, informative, and helpful. He investigated our whirlpool tub drain to see why it wasn't sealing, then recommended several options to fix it. He was able to give me choices and came up with a very reasonable, quality fix that he completed that afternoon. Everything went smoothly and Mike was great!
