They do not show on time and asked to change the schedule many times. Avoid. They lie and were always behind schedule. They couldn't replace the kitchen sink and said they will come back after 3 hours then they never came back to me. Although there are some positives, I would NEVER use this company again. Good at plumbing but really unorganized with regard to project management and billing. Wasted a lot of my time dealing with relatively minor issues. At 2pm on Friday afternoon, the guy arrives to do a relatively small job; make sure the dishwasher was attached properly and replace a leaking washing machine hook up. Couldn't finish by 5pm, but had to leave. He also was unable to work Saturday or Sunday. On Monday he tells me his truck brakes went out (?!... read more

The Tech. that came to do the job was very nice but seemed very tired. The price that I was initially quoted was lower than what I paid. The soldering job was more like my quality level, not an experience plumber. But the job was done, completed and I keep an eye everyday on the soldering to make certain it would not leak. The reason being I have had bad previous experience.
