Tyler was competent and courteous. He informed us of each step in the process of installing our sump pump as he worked. He was prompt and helpful with questions. He went well beyond minimal requirements for work completion. I would most certainly recommend Drain Right as a company of integrity and quality. I also found the people on the phone to be very professional and friendly.
Gave an estimate via text from pictures I'd taken of the valves needing to be replaced, and was able to do the work for the estimated cost in the limited time window I had available. Work was done quickly with no leaks at a fraction of the cost I'd been quoted by another company. Will use again if needed!
