The install was OK. The fact that the plumber did not read the installation manual for the faucet, leading to hours of trouble shooting by my 73 year old father, on the ground, under the sink was an issue. Said plumber also left the old toilet and faucet in my garage when the job was to take it. His response was I thought you might have wanted them. then it took 3 days and me canceling the check before anyone would come finish the job. Overall, a very stressful situation.

There was defiantly a lot more to this story than what you wrote in your review but I just want to say sorry for our part in this situation, FYI we charge to dispose of toilets and we didn't charge you to come to pick that one up and dispose of it. Next time we will defiantly make sure communication is better.

Called on short notice because the bathroom sink was clogged in my rental property. They came out within 24 hours and cleared the drain for a very reasonable price.
I requested the wax ring be replaced for my toilet and it was done quickly and without a mess.
Nothing!
