Iâ ve used thus company twice now and been pleased with their pricing/work quality. They give a reasonable price from the beginning unlike other companies Ive used in the past.
I was told that it would be $35 for the plumber to come out and assess the situation. He hands me a receipt that states, should he find anything or should it become more complicated, he would add more to the charge. So I had to sign the receipt before I understood what the full cost would be. When he was done, he charged me $250 just to replace a faucet. Sorry you were dissatisfied with the contract you signed. Let me try to clear it up the best that I can. Yes we do charge $35 if you do not hire us and it is deducted from the final cost if you do, and it was. What you are referring to when you say he handed you a receipt that said if he finds anything or should it become more complicated he would charge more? We do have a section built into our contract that talks about the likelihood of damage or defective plumbing that is present, we may need to be replaced or repaired at... read more
