They were provided to me through my warranty company. And I was amazed as to how quickly they reached out to me. It was actually the moment I hung up with the warranty company. They sent Mr. **** out within the next day or two. And he was nice, friendly, professional and very informative. He told me that my water heater unit was going to need to be replaced. Booked through my warranty company. Exceed all expectations! Great communication on what was wrong and any follow up to prevent future problems!
***** came out the first day and after he knew he wouldn’t be able to completely fix the problem then, he provided a temporary solution to stop the leaking water until he could come back in the morning. Overall they did a wonderful job! Showed and explained everything to me as they were fixing it and were very professional.
different representative came out to diagnose the problem after a bad review. stated we should have been told on the phone our warranty does not cover gas log fireplaces. offered to fix our problem which included ordering a $650 log set. It arrived promptly as did the new technician. he fixed our fireplace issue and we are pleased. I hate that it came down to a bad review to get correct information and have it fixed properly.
They were very prompt and resolved our issue for a very fair price.
would never recommend. came out to fix something they now say they are not able to fix. no refund. then changed their tune and said they could fix it, but they would charge us again. what a racket!

I had a major leak with my washing machine so I called ***** and he was right over within minutes. ***** fixed it properly without hesitation and I can’t tell you how relieved I am.
