Prompt; knowledgeable and kind. Excellent service. They located our problem and informed of the situation while taking the to explain the problem and they fixed it. The Lord did not allow the problem to as bad as we thought with the water heater and The Lord kept it from doing damage to our home which would have been immensely; in that it is in the attic. ????????????.
The technician worked efficiently and effectively and that’s all any houseowner can ask for !
They arrived at my house, took one look at the sink and said, “This is an installation, not a repair. If you want that done you’ll have to pay another $450.” They left without doing anything.

I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our company. I looked at your work order and found that your were sent to us by your home warranty. Upon arriving to your home, the plumber found that you did not have a sink or faucet installed. Unfortunately, your contract with your warranty does not cover for us to install a new sink and faucet unless there is a problem with your old one that can not be fixed. We would be happy to come back out and install both items for you for $400 plus tax.

No one likes to have to call a plumber. That means something has gone wrong. Terribly wrong in our case. But ***** and his crew did a great job of fixing our problems. They did great work, were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves every day (even mopped my kitchen before they left one rainy day), and worked around a few unique situations at our house. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the service or the professionalism from everyone involved.
Drain Go plumbing changed out a failed water heater for me on a AHS call. Excellent service! Would hire them again!
