I Could Not Be More Pleased!!!! I Needed help... Called Drain Go ..that we have used before, telling them my problem. I ask when they could get to come ,told me would be the next day.. and what to do till they got here.. ***** called the next day.. letting us know what our options were for the repair.. and an hour later he and his helper were here working till after dark.... But the tank was cleaned and new motor was in stalled!!!! I have and will Highly recomend Drain Go!!

I will never use this company again! The technicians will lie in order to make a dollar. The tech told my warranty company that I broke the flange by tightening the wing nut too tight. This wing nut tightens with your hand and not a wrench.So how could I have broken the flange.This lie caused my warranty company to deny payment of repairs.

I apologize for any misunderstandings in this matter. The flange on the toilet can be broken by over tightening by hand or by wrench, either way the flange doesn't break without cause. We call it into the warranty company how we see it and they make the decision on if they will cover it by your contract with them. We have no way of knowing for sure if something is not covered until we speak with them as every contract is different.
