He cleared the stoppage but that you wanted him to look for a leak as well. Bad Business Ethics Buy parts from Lowes and scam customers under warranty: The water line( 5 foot 3/4 copper) is $20.25 and charges & 325.00, the gas line charges $150.00, the drain pan charges $125.00, expansion tank charges $250.00. Be aware.

When we realized that we could hear water running from an unknown source, we called Drain-go. they were able to come the next day and quickly discovered the problem and stayed until it was repaired. I might add it was cold and raining but they stayed through several hours until the repair was completed. It was expensive but worth every penny based on their knowledge and skill to repair both water and sewage lines. Thanks ******! ***** ******

Draingo responded timely to our request. They listened to our concerns completely before undertaking any repairs. They looked at every angle possible to determine what caused the issues. They were exact and thorough. We will use them again.
Service guy was great. Not sure if inconsistent hot water is resolved. He left work order open for a few days, in case problem persists. So far water is very hot.
We had Draingo come out to repair a toilet that had a water leak. They called before they came over and were fast to make the repair. Thank you again!!
