****** ******** and his crew are awesome. They had to break through my slab to get to a broken drain line. They were very organized and planned the break with a minimum amount of damage. They fixed the line better than when it was new as it was under strain originally. They re-cemented the broken slab and cleaned up the mess...all in the same day!! I would definitely recommend this company. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, ******!!!

Scheduled service via home warranty company for one week out. Waiting 1/2 day for service. No one responded. Called 30 minutes before the end of the window given, was assured someone would be out before the end of the window. No one arrived. Lost 1/2 day's work. Will invoice their company for my lost wages.

I apologize for the inconvenience of this matter. On the day you were scheduled we had 2 plumbers have to leave work due to family emergencies. Our other plumbers were trying to get everyone as quickly as possible, but unfortunately the circumstances had them running behind. Please accept my sincerest apologies, as we do try to get every customer as quickly as possible with out having to reschedule them due to staff shortages that day.
I have no complaints about their work. A window of 5 hours is a bit much, they ariived in 4 hours. I think they are too expensive..
***** was Great! Professional! Knowable! And respectful! He let me know what was going on step by step! Him and his crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. This was my second time using them, and the first time was just as wonderful.

they have obviously just put in their own references. I have had then out once, which they were two hours after the stated delivery window, they charged me 200 dollars and did not fix it at all, in fact made it worse. then when i call them to come fix it back, they gave me a time from 8:00 to 1:00 several days later and when i call that morning, the lady tells me that of course it would be closer to 1:00 because they work ridgeland sites first. they could have told me that before i took off work. now its 1:00, still not here... read more

After reviewing your profile with our company, I see that we were out on July 8th and replaced a fill valve due to your toilet not filling properly. ***** and his crew wrestled with rerouting two water mains, one of which broke beneath the slab under the half bath of my house. They demonstrated excellent diagnostic skills and creative solutions that minimized damage to the interior of my home. They're not cheap but you get what you pay for. Money well spent. I will recommend Draingo plumbing to friends in the future.
