Outstanding service from the staff, warm, welcoming. Comfortable beds superb bathroom facilities. complimentary beverage is a lovely touch. Fans were provided during the heatwave. All gd amenities for a short stay. Breakfast was usual cooked breakfast, cereals,fruit and beverages. I must say with dietary needs, they accommodated. Its in a good location nearby the town. Great staff. Thank for your services.
Stayed here after heritage live concert at sandringham. Rooms ok, no air-conditioning so a little hot. Fan supplied but not enough. Bed a bit soft. NO pillow protectors, a big no no imho. Receptionist not the most friendly. Worst thing was breakfast....awful sausage, bacon and worst scrambled egg I have had anywhere. No toms, mushrooms or hash browns. No fresh fruit, just an apple. Bread choice for toast poor, brown or white cheap tesco, plus bare hands used to take out of pack and put in container. Juice was fine and coffee... read more
