Extremely disappointed with dr steed to say the least . I went in for a routine cleaning and checkup with the new office back in June 2016 because it's by my new house. I was told I had a minor cavity and that I should get it fixed before it leads to something more I went in for the minor filling and left with a cracked tooth. I went for two follow ups because my tooth was still very irritative and after a third follow up he recommended that I get a root canal and asked if I had benefits. For years, I have had fear of the dentist. I mean for 40 years! It WAS a big fear. The attention I received, the patience they gave me really made feel at ease. My experience was amazing, the folks there are friendly and very welcoming. My fear is gone, I look forward to go to the dentist now.
I was having some issues with a tooth this morning. I got in right away and had a filling done. I really appreciate the quick response. Dr Steed is great!
