Extremely disappointed with dr steed to say the least . I went in for a routine cleaning and checkup with the new office back in June 2016 because it's by my new house. I was told I had a minor cavity and that I should get it fixed before it leads to something more I went in for the minor filling and left with a cracked tooth. I went for two follow ups because my tooth was still very irritative and after a third follow up he recommended that I get a root canal and asked if I had benefits. When my dentist Dr Bob Rice retired I needed to find someone as charismatic and kind as he was. My husband suggested his dentist, Dr Olsen. He is an exact match to Dr Rice, friendly and easy going and makes you feel completely at ease every time you're in the dentist chair. My appointment was on time. Technician Darla was delightfully friendly as well as professional. Normally I have a serious gag reflex and I failed to mention this to Darla. No worries, I did not need to do so as she was very careful and gentle. Nice clinic, and all the staff very cordial.
