Extremely disappointed with dr steed to say the least . I went in for a routine cleaning and checkup with the new office back in June 2016 because it's by my new house. I was told I had a minor cavity and that I should get it fixed before it leads to something more I went in for the minor filling and left with a cracked tooth. I went for two follow ups because my tooth was still very irritative and after a third follow up he recommended that I get a root canal and asked if I had benefits. Dr. Olsen is the best dentist I have ever had. Genuinely caring and gives patients options before proceeding with any dental work. Latest equipment ensures a desired outcome with quality and reassurance. An experienced dentist who is an overall awesome individual to boot. Staff are competent and pleasant.
Dr Steed is very thorough and careful. I will definitely be going back.
I love bringing my family to your office! Everyone there is always so nice & wonderful with my kids. They take the time to explain everything that they are doing which makes the experience pleasant and easy. My family never dreads dental visits with Dr Olsen!
Friendly atmosphere and professional people!
Darla did a great and thorough job on my teeth. She is so friendly, sweet and accommodating. Then I spoke to Dr. Olsen and Dr. Steed about getting my wisdom teeth out. They were both reassuring and explained the procedure and expectations. They gave me different options and made sure all of my questions were answered. All of them are very pleasant as well as the front desk staff who are awesome. It was a great experience.
My family has been going to Dr. Olsen for about 20 years. He has been an awesome dentist for our family, does great work and is very personable. Was great with the kids when they were young and gives painless needles. Gives us all the options but has never been pushy. We plan on staying with him as long as we can!
Everyone in office treats patients very nice. Everything is explained, no surprises. No long wait times. Good experience over all.
Very congenial staff, good sense of humour. I donât know a lot about dentistry but Dr. Steedâs âchair side â manners were calming. He kept me apprised of his every action concerned all the while about my comfort. Itâs very obvious that he wants to provide the best care possible in the âfaceâ of what can be a traumatic experience.
My hygienist was calm and professional. She explained things first and checked to see if I understood and was OK with everything. Dr. O is a good guy and very professional. Everything was as I expected.
