Dr. Scott Wissman is spoken very well of in this area. Unfortunately, I have experienced broken communication in the interested of establishing my children in his practice. It is very disappointing as I am new student to the medical field. Dr. Wissman is very stern on his implications of late policies, even if it is a 10 min. advancing call.
