My overall experience was great. They were very informative, felt at ease and was fitted into a better contact lens.
Bill saw Dr. Mcgarvy and everyone from the front seat to the assistants that did the preliminary testing to Dr. Mcgarvy were so amazing. The Doctor suggested not getting new glasses until he has cataract surgery. Hopefully that will be in the next few weeks.
It’s not ever day that you go to the eye dr on your 48th wedding anniversary and the staff come in with sparkling grape juice, wine glasses, candy and card sign by all of their staff to help you celebrate. In my book that’s an outstanding office that cares about their patients. I highly recommend this office. Best eye care that we have ever had. Thank you again for making our anniversary extra special. Your office was highly recommended to me and I’m very happy I decided to come to you guys! It was my first eye appointment in 10+ years, first time I have ever had my eyes dilated, and the first time I’ve picked out glasses for myself. Everyone was very helpful and patient, I saw Dr. Megan Kortum and she was so sweet and spent time explaining everything to me. I will definitely be coming here for all my eye care needs from now on. �
Dr. Kortum is great! I love how nice this office is and everyone is so sweet. I would suggest this office to anyone in the area that needs an optometrist.
I love Dr. Kapperman. My eyes are strange and I would not trust them to anyone else. I love the staff also. They are always so helpful and very pleasant.
We saw Dr. Kortum with my 6 year old today. She was very thorough and attentive on top of being sweet and gentle. She was the perfect fit for my nervous daughter during her first eye exam.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I don't like having my eyes dilated, and this office offers an alternative way to do the same check-up without dilating. Dr. McGarvey is super knowledgeable and always spends time answering my questions. I'm not a fan of shopping, and I'm also terrible at fashion & style - Robin picked up on both of these things and helped me choose the right frames fast. Always a great experience here!
