It was such an awesome experience. From when I called in to make my appt and all the the way through to my first visit. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr. Mcgarvey was so thorough and took his time. I did not feel rushed. I will be back and tell all my friends
We've been looking for an eye doctor that isn't a part of a chain since we moved to Chattanooga last year. We were very impressed with the office and the staff, which reminded us of our previous eye doctor's office. Dr. Kortum was very engaging with my children and took the time to explain everything happening to them in detail. Robyn and Lindsay, the two opticians we had, were so helpful and patient as my children looked for the frames they liked that worked with our plan (and my budget!). I absolutely love Dr. MacGarvey! I recently had an issue and he handled the problem quickly and efficiently. He has a wonderful team, and I would definitely recommend.
Dr. Kortum is an excellent optometrist and a fantastic person!
I've been going to the eye doctor since I was 7 (now 28) this was by far the greatest experience I've had at the eye doctor. Dr. Kortum is so friendly and thorough. The entire staff was great. They were genuinely concerned for patients. I will certainly return.
Dr Kapperman is so professional at my yearly visits. His staff is kind and caring and all seem to work well together. My eye history has been challenging over the years and Dr K has helped me make the perfect decision when eye surgery or an specialist was needed. I have friends who see his partners for their eye needs and all are just as pleased with the choice of doctors. This is the optometry office for you!
